000-1002 RAIL BOTTOM W/ PLASTIC SLEEVE

Rail bottom w/ plastic sleeve  attaches to the CT360 base to mount on a rail.  This will work on a 7/8" and 1" rails.  Use the plastic sleeve on 7/8" rails.
